I called Brown Roofing on Monday about a leak in my roof.  I promptly got a callback from Deb to schedule an appointment to get an estimate.  Craig came out the same day and explained what was wrong and to my surprise seemed pretty minor as far as leaks go.  Within the same week, he had one of his guys out to fix the problem.  There were no surprises at any time during the process.  Big job or small, I would highly recommend making Brown Roofing your first call when that dreaded time arrives. Brown Roofing did a great job replacing our roof.  Craig helped with every step of the process, from the first time  meeting and explaining everything that would be done to when the work was done and made sure we were satisfied. Pick Brown Roofing! After 5 quotes on our roof, we chose Brown Roofing! So glad we did! We worked with Jesse. Jesse answered all of our questions, and provided the confidence we were looking for. Brown Roofing was excellent from the get go. With a warm referral we started working with Jesse, who was our main point of contact. Not only did he make the process easy (which up until that point had been miserable due to our insurance agency), he gave us strategies to ensure that our roof would be covered, our legal rights would be respected and streamlined the entire process.
I have heard from many people that the roofing business can be sketchy - Brown Roofing is the opposite of that. Listen to their guidance and know that they are there to do quality work and advocate on your behalf.

Extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Brown Roofing to replace my shingle roof a few years ago.  We had some rain a few days ago and I noticed some water damage on my ceiling.  I called the office and explained what was going on- the owner came out the following morning- went on the roof and in the attic.
